Remote Support

Ramit Technologies also provide remote support to its customers for the majority of our products / solutions.

Please note that remote support is only available by prior arrangement.

VNC

We use VNC (UltraVNC) to provide remote support:

Please use the following instructions to download and install UltraVNC.

Click here to "Download".
Once downloaded run the file.
Run the Setup and accept all defaults including:
- Select "Full Installation".
- Select "Download Vista addons files now" (for Vista Users only).
- Select "Download the mirror driver".
Once installed Select "All Programs | UltraVNC | UltraVNC Server" to start the UltraVNC Server.
The UltraVNC service will start and an UltraVNC icon will appear on the taskbar in the lower right of the screen.
Right Click on the UltraVNC Server icon and select the "Add New Client" from the context menu.
A Dialog will be shown requesting a Host Name.
The hostname will be provided to you via phone/email.
